About Grace Baptist Church
Grace
Baptist Church meets in a beautiful complex, which features a sanctuary
constructed in 1904. When you come to Grace Baptist, you will hear
preaching and teaching from the same version of the Bible that was used when the
sanctuary was built. You will also hear the same Biblical doctrines,
values, love of Christ, family and country that was prevalent in days past.
You may conclude that Grace Baptist is an "old-fashioned" independent Baptist
Church patterned after the early church of the New Testament. We are a
congregation of born again, baptized believers and are in every way a family
that loves and cares for one another and extends that care and love to others.
We continue to believe that Christ is the only answer to man's problems.
We maintain a keen evangelistic spirit by preaching the Word of God and by
personal visitation and soul winning. We believe that salvation is the
free gift of God given to any individual who by faith accepts His Son, Jesus
Christ, as their personal Saviour.
We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible, the deity of Jesus Christ,
the Virgin Birth, the Blood Atonement, the Bodily Resurrection, and the
personal, visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ to the earth.
